Good opportunities if you're a hands on self starter.

Following a global merger recently there has been a lot of discord. Instead of sharing information openly with staff wrt strategy and plans from a corporate level, it has been left to water cooler talk that results in misinformation, miscommunication and personal agenda's being driven instead of the communal message. Positives are ability to work remotely, interacting with manufacturing, sales - internal and external, as well as the distribution branches giving a broad overview of the business. Travel both local and international depending on position and role being performed.

Excellent in working under any given pressure

I'm a most dedicated person in and out of workplace. I can take any challenge given by my superior. Passionate in a field of engineering nd very good in working with people. Up for new innovative technology nd veri punctual person

Pros: Great opportunity given to young and old males and females..Ambitions company with full of new projects.Company that is ready to learn and teach their employees
Cons: This is a company that has long working hours and has delt with many different types of polymers, such as Nylon, Polypropylene and ABS

Good Learning Curve

I am good people manager that loves interaction with people.I love chasing our sales budgets and targets,and gets a thrill when achieving that.I go the extra mile and encourages my subordinates to follow suit.Training and development of staff is vital.

Pros: Great opportunities for growth
Cons: Taken over by Spanish Company.
