Well managed company, where I learnt all of my skills and knowledge from various people.

Good company to work for. Not much in the way of opportunities to progress. Some management are great, others not so good. Employees are fun, loyal and hard working

Pros: Great team to work with. Awesome work ethic.
Cons: Lacking of general communication, not sufficient support amongst the teams, shortage of experienced staff, long working hours

Excellent learning curve

Working for Flowserve has been an eye opening experience that has enabled me to better understand the global market. Due to the large sizes of the company, I have been able to interact and collaborate with many internal colleagues from different countries, different cultures and different personalities. I enjoy the opportunity to assist customer with solutions to problems they did not know they had. The most challenging aspects of my job is the long quotation process as our business units are overwhelmed with quotation requests from all over the world.

Cons: Long lead times
