To learn new things

I am busy all day, I always find something to do or help someone, Everyone is friendly and we all get along well. I have learnt about health, medicals, dealing with difficult clients, working as a team and being a team leader. I enjoy working things out, coming up with an answer, making sense of things. The most challenging part of my job is when we are short staff and I have to complete all the work by a certain time.

Excellent growing experience

A typical working day for me is one where I receive many customers and I have to work under pressure because customer service important. I would say my work relationship with co-workers is strictly professional. I have learnt many aspects of handling customers, taking payment from customers, filing out forms and answering the telephone. I learnt how to use the companies computer sytem which is Skylim. I'm also a data Capturer for the company. I enjoy being able to assist customers with any queries that they may have about our company. I would say the most challenging aspect of the job is being accurate when taking down information about patients because lifes matter in the field of medicine.

Pros: The company is growing so there is many chances of expanding into different aspects of the business.
Cons: night shifts

Excellent eye opener into the medical field . Great training to be fast and accurate

A typical day at work starts and ends with Continous sample testing. It is Highly pressurizing and fassed paced . Things that help me get through the day are interactions with Colleagues that are light hearted and friendly And the satisfaction of getting tasks done . I mostly enjoy catching unusual and rare results as each one is a new learning oppertunity . Being in a lab , I have quickly learned to work fast yet calm, Pay attention to detail and meet deadlines .

Pros: Lots of learning potential
Cons: Attentive 24/7 . Be fast and accurate . No room for error .
