Farily good

I work for electronic company. A typical day always under pressure to completed dead lines. Co-works & myself have fairly okay understanding there times of miscommunication but nothing which can not be solved. I my years here I have to understand the industry more at a large. make sure there smooth operation. I enjoy the most is completing the tusk at head. The most challenging part is making sure that all departments work together & that my job to keep the operation of jobs completed & out the door with out any problems. There are times when your co-workers can be against you.

Excellent learning curve

A typical day at flowmetrix, will be getting in the morning sorting out the paper work for the previous day, then prioritizing what needs to be done today, with regards to production, and dispatch, quotations and prospective sales leads. what i enjoy at flowmetrixs is the conversation with my colleagues. and the opportunity of learning new skills. the most challenging aspect is dealing with a client who is arrogant and trying to keep him happy.

Ability to bring new customers

Flowmetrix have been the company that sharpen my skills as sales and process Engineer . The assignment is always given to us to challenge ourselves by searching for the new market and maintaining a good relationship with the existing customers. Being conplex, such task was not easy at te earlier stage of my career thus as years passed i earned more experience and was trained to extend where by my activities enabled me to expand up to the Sadc region where profitable market is discovered. Presently my passion as an Engineer is driven by sales and technical support tonthe customers.
