Excellent self learning curve

Working at Flowcrete is wonderful. But 4 senior persons have turned it into a terrible environment to be in and it is sad to say that if these person's continue at Flowcrete, they are going to run the company to the ground, as they do not know how to manager and treat people as human beings. In my 48 months being at Flowcrete I have seen +- 48 people leave Flowcrete. I have an excellent relationship with coworkers, we get along well and with any relationship we have our disagreements but we do not take it personal. I learnt to be strong and focus at the job at hand, giving a 100% and do not take it personal. Keep a cool head and push on. RESPECT. I enjoy my job. The challenges faced is that I have no support from my managers and I am expoilted in many ways.

Pros: Close to home, save on travelling costs.
Cons: No career growth because of bad management.

Great Challenge

Working at Flowcret SA is a new challenge, as it is something totally different as what I am use to working with. I have worked at a flooring company before, but Flowcrete is a different flooring company as they have a variety of epoxy flooring which they manufacture themselves. It's a very demanding environment and accuracy is very important. Working closely with the sales Representatives and warehouse supervisor to ensure the correct goods get supplied to to customers and also keeping everyone informed regarding stock levels as well back order. Daily capturing of orders and assisting walk in clients. Taking in cash/ card payments daily basis. Kind Regards Nazeema Amoojee

Wonderful team and office environment

Challenges were being able to deal with different personalities and to maintain a balance. Its important to separate work and personal information I enjoy the social aspect like team buildings etc
