Flow Communications Reviews

Management of diverse portfolios

I joined the agency with an experience of working in a corporate business environment, I had one client and suddenly I was faced with working with 6 clients, which means working with 6 different communications departments from different companies. The pressure was high as my role does not only entail PR and Communications deliverables, it includes client relations to ensure that the clients stay with the company. I learned that I was part of the team with different expertise and who have been in the agency environment for a long time so I had to ask for help. Daily planning is key. I learnt that it is not only about me but about the reputation of the company and the fulfilment of the clients and therefore, I should be able to take critique. I love the diversity of clients we have, it has expanded the way I approach communications and PR, to be able to adapt and learn new ways of communication. The company offers integrated communication and that gave me a valuable experience in communications and PR.

Pros: There are great opportunities for growth and the opportunity to learn new trends of communication.
Cons: Long hours

Not the greatest working environment on the planet.

My time at flow has not been very great to say the least.Had I know of Flow’s conduct, I would not have worked there.i wouldn’t recommend it for anyone.

Pros: Very little
Cons: Culture of fear
