busy work day daily making sure all admin is up to date,I have a wonderful relationship with my co workers as i am not just their admin but manager as well,to always listen to someone else before u answer ,grew stronger administratively, Being able to meet new people daily.Working on a contract basis

Pros: not a great opportunity as you are a contract worker

Excellent learning curve

Peoples person and work very well with people,Work well under pressure .Like to learn new things and different jobs .Love to compliment my staff on a job well done to motivate them to do their best

I learned allot

I have grown allot in this company ,I have learnt to work with different kind of personalities within people ,I have a great relationship with my co-workers.I enjoy giving my best and getting excellent results back.The most challenging aspect is having to work on contract and not being permanent,you are never secure will you have a job tomorrow,A typical work day,starting at 7 assign daily task to the team monitor then to get tasks done on time ,writing my daily reports and leaving work at 3,Assisting payroll ,and doing admin duties in between

Pros: Did an ITIL course
Cons: Long hours,and contract based
