Excellent

First of all I have learned a few things from the company I am working for now. because the Companies that I had worked for before, are different from the current. The work was a free flow, Zenith, getaway, Floor worx company was about creativity, reading drawings etc... and the one that I'm working for now, is about production. Specifical I have learnt to be in a different field of work. So in Linde +Wiemann I learnt to wok with a team. I'm talking about interaction, work as a team to chase the target. I have to work out of my comfort zone to fulfill the team's interest. I think that is the most important thing

Pros: You can be Co-ordinator or supervisor
Cons: 12hrs a day including weekends
