Hard learning curve as no one to hand over the warehouse correctly when i took over

days will start out by opening the warehouse and coordinating all the daily deliveries. dealing with the last minute orders and making a plan to deliver. from there its time to count stock personally. aswell as do the admin and filing of paper work for deliveries and collections. dealing with system issues and stock issues. ordering of new stock and rotation of the old stock.

Pros: senior mangment role with good experiance
Cons: un realistic expectations of how much stock can be moved in a day

Excellent learning curve

Help start up a new division in the company. Start processing systems and marketing the company and products. We had different views on what our target market was and how our pricing structure and logistics
