Got lots of exposure Nd experience

At 1st I loved going to bed knowing I'll be at work the next day, I use to enjoy it, financially I was not making ends meet, taking out folders , taking out wet samples, going to mounting , checking that the folder corresponds, ho back to the lab, make draw downs of ink wet samples

Excellent learning curve transitioning from owned co.pany to global brand.

The company is in transition of changing into a massive global brand , whilst i enjoy all aspects of day to day bussiness being involved with building relashionships maily through driving technology, setting pricing and GP, laying fondations for mew bussiness and long term sustainabilty. There are many challanges in transitioning from a privately owned bussiness to a corporation, the last 3 years have been very challanging, however we have managed stay succeful throughout. I have leant that no matter the size of the corporation, the key fundermentals still need to drive the day to day bussiness , comunication is still the no.1 order of the day, to buy and sell products and services.

Excellent management team

To whom it may concern I am currently employed on a contract since March 2017. I also have over 7 years’ experience in the HR environment where I’ve provided end to end HR Generalist function to a staff compliment of over 500 employees. I’ve been liaising with management, advising and guiding them on HR issues within the KZN region. I have completed a diploma and degree in HR Management. Learning eveyday experience.

Well I've learnt a lot working here and since I'm based on an implant you can never tell how your day is going be like. It pretty much depends on the production plan and how it changes,it's nothing I can't handle though. Great relationship with the team and the supervisor.

Pros: Overtime is guaranteed
Cons: Promotion opportunities are very scarce
