Using this as a stepping stone

in the beginning it was challenging as I had to adapt as a travel agent coming from an Airline where we only deal with our specific airline. I had to deal with all airlines. Learnt about how the company worked financially aswell with all the different accounting/back office systems. I love working with my clients who can be difficult at times. my colleagues and I work great together as a team.

Pros: great opportunity
Cons: no more room for growth

It was good for exposure in the Travel Industry

It was a good company to work for, a laid back and good environment to work in. If working on weekends you are able to work from home. You are able to get exposure to different products, also exposure to many trainings. The working hours are good. What is challenging is that there is little structure or no manuals so you will have to find your way as you go along.

Pros: It is a good working environment and good management
Cons: Have to pay for own ADMs
