Learning experience

I have learned a lot, more especially how to deal with learners, how to understand them and how to treat them. I have learned a lot in the office since I volunteered to assist in the office. I know how to answer the calls in a professional way, how to register learners (admission), payroll, all administrative duties concerning SA-SAMS, checking and sending e-mails, managing Principals diary, filling and ordering cleaning material. control of class register and staff register. Learning experience

I have learned a lot since working with kids, I have learned how to understand them and respect them. I have learned a lot since I have volunteered to assist in the office. How to register learners (admission), payroll, all administrative duties concerning SA-SAMS, ordering material, leave forms, checking and sending e-mails, managing Principals diary, claim forms and managing class and staff register.

Learning how to work with people from different culture and their way of living

supervise group of worker, to link in between the school staff and the workers, to coach delegate and support the workers, to monitor that all the worker arrive on time and adhere the code of conduct.

Excellence learning curve

I was with the kids and the educators it was hard and very interesting at the same time. Working with the colleagues or any other person its very difficult because you have to learn what kind of that person so with me it was very simple because I know how to handle different people with their different personalities. I have learn more from this work how to work with children and old people mostly I have learn how to do admin in general. Like in any job challenges where there so as a person you just have this know how to handle any challenge that come across you so I've manage to handle all challenges that come across me so iam happy for that. So generally iam happy to work at Fleurhof primary school because I have learn lots of thing there so thank you
