Excelent

Qualified Technician,worked for VW for 5yrs as a technician,worked for Wesbank for another 5yrs as a Technical Advisor,Currently Enployed by Fleet Africa as both a Technical Advisor and Inspector for the past five years

Pros: Brings out the best in me,I have a passion for auto mobiles.
Cons: There aren’t really any for me.I make the best of my situation.

Excellent learning curve

A typical working day at Fleet Africa would just begin with a 08:00 login into the system as we had calls coming in from every dealership and workshop where our vehicles were, as to fix the state of the vehicle for it to be either roadworthy which mean the vehicle had to be in the best condition possible for our clients to carry out their logistical duties, tyres had to be replaced if puncture or had been worn out, the vehicles had to be serviced at the correct intervals and the engine need to be in tip top shape up until its contract was completed. the call would come in hot and heavy from all directions of the country so we would have to know where to send the vehicles that would happen on a daily basis.

Pros: great opportunity to learn about the logistics industry
Cons: long working hours with little time to relax

Strong ethics and values

Fleet Africa is a Fleet company and has more than 2000 vehicles in the Fleet. They manage and service Corporate and Parastatle company's vehicles on a 5 year contract basis. More than 200 workers in workshop, call centre and contracts department made it a lovely place to interact with different people from different walks of live. ISO9001:2008 accreditation was given to Fleet Africa in 2015 Deadlines has to be met very accurately

Pros: Great oppurtunity for learning multiple working areas
Cons: Slow growth
