Opportunity to give something back to the community, by offering lecturing services. I help, to an extend, shape the career of some of the students. Inspire them to become go getters and become hungry for knowledge and acquiring certain skills for the industry. Assist in empowering young people with knowledge and ensuring better future for all of us and pushing the boundaries. To encourage teamwork, harmony and professionalism in our work. Thus where students will learn from us and grow academically. Everyday has its own challenges and one has to be prepared for any sudden changes. Have a better a way to improve when conducting a class lesson. Sharpen one general knowledge to stay up to date with current news, technology, health and the environment.

Pros: Sharpen one general knowledge to stay up to date with current news, technology, health and the environment.
Cons: Almost impossible to plan a day, as one's plan can be disrupted by line of questions for the students and the pressure to meet certain deadlines.

Good learning experience

it was good because I've experienced many things on how to work with people and communicate with them and how to be bubbly around them I have enjoyed working as team building up a good relationship and most of all I've experienced working under a lot of pressure

Excellent learning

I was working at the bursary office and i was doing paper work. capturing the students in the meanstest.and I was answering the calls. It was great working with my co-workers because we had a good teamwork. I have learned how to work with other people and how to assist different people when the request for your help and learn their different attitudes. I enjoyed everything the people that i was team up with they were good. And even the company it was great company. The thing that was changing is the behavior of the students.

Great thing about working with people

I Learn a lot, getting to be exposed on many challenges but over and above team work is the best from my perspective, because it always opened for different opinions and views.

Good learning curve

i have so many challenges in a day whereby some of them i don't even know how to handle. i have a very good relationships with a certain number of co-workers that want to be having any sort of working relationship with me. i have learnt all the basics o administration and marketing as a department. what i mostly enjoy is doing my work and co-operating well with colleagues and all of those. not knowing who to consult when there is no one in my department.
