Warm atmosphere and great Family

I have been granted an opportunity to become part of the great and crazy family at Flash Mobile Vending. The atmosphere there is so amazing, starting from the minute you enter the reception area, you meet amazing people. As a receptionist I know and understand that my attitude and smile represents the organisation, not forgetting that a smile is so contagious. I'd like to believe that I am a simple lady, with such a welcoming heart and I pride myself in assisting other people and seeing everyone being happy and successful. I am flexible in the work place and I don't just focus on my duties and not let other things matter, No! everytime when my part of my job or duties are up to date I always offer assistant somewhere else. I own every opportunity that I receive and always like to take a lead in ensuring that things are done accurately or as requested.

Life at Flash

Flash is an amazing company to work for. FLASH is a technology driven company committed to adding value to the lives of Traders in the informal retail market. They create jobs, keep money in communities and create opportunities for our traders to prosper. At Flash we work hard and play hard. We are rewarded quarterly. All employees get along great, it's called flash family culture. The most challenging part of the job is with technology there is always flaws in the system and traders can't afford to have down time so it is crucial that we sort out the bugs asap an ensure that traders are able to trade with ease.

Pros: Bonuses given every three months if targets are met.
Cons: No room for growth

Learning new things everyday and being there for other teams

As a Level 2tech, I love what I’m doing everyday. I have a good relationship with everyone at work including management. I enjoy assisting a trader which came in without trust, I make sure when he go outside he’ll recommend the company. The most challenged part it’s when we have an error knowingly that at at the end we going to resolve it.

I'm always willing to learn, even if I can come to your company I will be on a learning curve.

Relationship with my co workers is very good and I engage easily with other people's. I have learnt different cultures because at Flash we have different races and you must understand their cultures. What I enjoyed most is that I was always doing trainings on New products that we offer. The most challenging thing is when the customers is playing a hard to get and some just chase you before you even talk to them.

Pros: There's a room promotion but it takes time.
Cons: No long working hours, depends on you as an individual.

I am a hard worker and have a very good experience working with people

at management. Traveling all over the province visiting the traders. Training traders on different products and trading them on profits. Great company to work for and lots of opportunities in the company. Opportunity for growth and self learning. Great team and we have each other's back

Learning curves

Typical work day - lots of staff needs my attention and still I manage to get through my tasks for the day My relationship with my co-workers are professional and I'm a great team player. The learning curve was how operations tie into the traditional accounting of this company My most challenging aspect is when recons don't balance and I need to investigate why.

A fast learner willing to adapt

I adapt easily and love challenges, working weekends three 9 - 2, one 9-6 shift one sunday 9-5 shift in a n eight week cycle 5 8-8. I was once a call center agent of the month in March 2018. The company is growing and have a nice culture with values.

A blessing of a job but i have to relocate due to personal reasons

Joining Flash was definitely a blessing in my life as i have been exposed with other development technologies i have never been exposed to in my previous job. Flash gives you a chance to learn and our CFO is a peoples person who you can speak with anytime when needing to learn a new technology. What could be challenging for me is am in a team that is still starting and taking over from a very good Tech Developer that has been working on his own most of his life at flash as it is fairly a growing company , but our relationship is very health and respectful.

Pros: Great opportunity for doing new things , work from home
Cons: there are def no pros i have seen
