Managing irrigation: Scheduling the houses to be irrigated, mixing the fertilizer and checking the EC and PH. Monitoring employee when they are mixing the fertilizer, enforcing the employee to follow the procedure by wearing full PPE when they mixing fertilizer and acids. Drenching: Applying biological control every Saturday and Sunday via fertigation. Stock control: Receiving the stock from the suppler, issued the stock to different department and recording all transaction. Managing cultivation and weeding team: scheduling the houses to disbudded and weeded and monitoring them when they carrying they work

Pros: monitoring greenhouses caretakers when they carrying out they work. Managing trials: Plant new varieties of flowers. Administration: Doing the clicking’s, recording the planting daily report, land preparation, greenhouses caretakers and cultivation report
