Excellent learning curve and great opportunity to grow when company grows

My typical work day is busy, helping walk in clients either collecting their orders or wanting to purchase the products. My relationship with co-workers is like family, we work as a team and stand together in hectic days. I have learnt that everyone has their own opinions and view on same topics and to communicate and stand together as a team, when one is off ill we all jump in help to get the tasks done. I enjoy working with the clients, I am front desk reception and first point of contact to the public so to have interaction with all our clients has been very joyful to me and helping as I can. Managers from other departments trying to make life at work difficult and always looking for faults, if the managers don't like you for what ever reason they will make it difficult for you at the work place. I am temping for maternity leave so hope to find a job before the 25th of Jan 2018.

Excellent learning with regards to Customer service and sales/Retail

I start working at 6am, process the orders from the previous day, liaise with customers regarding suitable delivery dates, arrange deliveries with Couriers completing waybills, ensure all orders are packed timeously and correctly according to packing lists. Assist customers telephonically and via email, facebook, instagram, twitter and sprout. Ensure ordering of all stock is submitted timeously. Receipt of stock. Capturing of invoices for all orders. Ensure Retails are delivered daily to respective Retail stores. Assist walk in customers. Handling of stock rotation and petty cash, suppliers invoices. I love working with customers and providing the best service that i can, but they can also be the most challenging part of the job too. I have learnt to be empathetic, and always assist them as soon as reasonably possible, be it giving advice or rectifying an order.

Great company to work for

In the beginning there was a great vibe about the place, but financial pressure brought the culture down and left the staff feeling really unwanted. Too much financial decisions made without a proper check of the cash flow could sustain it
