I have grown within the company from Being a pack to admin

In the years that I have worked here , it taught me to have patience and to work hard in other to grow with in the company, I work well with every one and treat everyone with equal respect, I have gain so much experience in office/admin work and communicate well with people even telephonically.

Pros: I have recently got promoted from being a despatch clerk to being MD's assistant i do data capturing for him,
Cons: i dnt mind working extra work as long as im needed

Excellent

The work in my company requires a high level of accuracy since i was operating printers which produce a larger number of production you can not afford to make mistake of mixing wrong colors because that results in wasteful expenditure. Relation with co-workers was good because we worked as a team. Team work is of utmost importance in order to do proper handing over especially when working shifts. To work independently and meeting deadlines sometime working more and above of what is expected of you which gave me a sense of pride for my achievements. Challenging aspects of this job is accuracy and time management as you must always be on the lookout of any breakdowns to the printer to avoid waste of materials and waste of time as production is important.

Pros: promotion opportunity and creativity skill in terms of designing advert materials which can result in me opening my own printing company
Cons: Deadlines must me meet within a short period of time and sometimes long working hour depending on the demand by clients

Making customers happy

We always make sure deadlines are met, make print ready files for production, to match what the client requires. Technical printing skill are required, to match the printing process.

Skill improvement

Mondays and fridays are busy days for me, in my department there's only two of us and everything comes to us first before moving onto the next stage. I work closely with managers and we have a good relationship. I've learnt to handle the pressure of multiple and close deadlines. I enjoy working on something I've never down before and finding ways to perfect it. Most challenging aspect of the job is working weekends supervising machine runners and overseeing production and soludifying problems arising at that particular time.

Pros: Opportunities for a raise and promotion if acknowledged
Cons: No pay on overtime
