Excellent learning curve

A typical work day starts at 08:00 AM to 17:00 PM MON - FRI and every 2nd SAT from 08:00 AM to 13:00 PM, including a very strategic, organized form of dealing with co-workers, learning that respect, loyalty and discipline is core. Enjoying professionalism and order of rules. The most challenging aspects of the job included being on top of your position employed for at all times, fast paste environment and accuracy is staying focused!

Learning curve

I am currently working for Fishermen's deli as a nightshift supervisor. My duties include Invoicing, receiving, despatch, stock controller, Loading of trucks , checking of orders and all staff The staff is friendly but the hours is long

Not my line of work

Took the position after loosing my employ due to an IOD at pick n pay,,after relocating back from Durban 3 years ago for family reasons. Financially a big mistake

Potential

Being a nightshift supervisor it is very , Very long working hours. For the long working hours it is Very little pay. There is Lots of work and lots of potential but too little staff. The staff is very very friendly and hardworking. But the company itself and management is not very good when it comes to promotions or increases.
