No growth, nothing good about FIS

No growth Not good for people who are new in their careers Environment and company culture is boring. Employees not paid well and not recognized for their improvements. Employees sometimes do as they please

Good learning curve.

I came with the expectancy to be treated like an outsider but the staff warmed up to me . The office was open plan so nowhere to hide if you were absent.The executive management collected a lot of flyer miles .The most i learned is that software developers earn a decadent salary.What i enjoyed was the fact that they had free access to improving there knowledge basis by getting free training and health benefit from Discovery.The most challenging aspect was to commit yourself to projects for which you have not agreed upon as in your original employment contract.
