Experience at the office

I get to meet and speak to different types people everyday and sometimes get a new perspective on things. Some days you need to motivate yourself to keep doing what you doing and you need to maintain your own morale. I have been exposed to the beautiful operations of how property sales & rentals work. In as much as I have learnt a lot about the operations behind the business or on the frontal side of the business,I do not feel that it has given me enough challenge to challenge myself to want to do bigger. I could say the environment does not allow you to grow or maybe there just isn’t enough space for people to grow in the company as much as I would like to.

Cons: No opportunity for growth

Excellent learning curve

Good view into how a family business is run. Learning how to manage junior family members. When to confront and when not to. Exposure to an entrepreneurial mind like the founders was something one could not learn in varsity.
