Freedom of experession using audit

My typical day start with clearing emails from clients and then planning my day based on the project assigned to me. In my company every individual work as an individual reporting to the manager of the project when there is challenges, in the absence of any you continue with the work. The manager review the work done online from our audit working paper software. The interesting thing is there is no micro management as one is free to do the work. The only challenges are that the interaction with the executive are not always possible delaying the project time.

Pros: free to innovate regarding the way the audit approach will be followed
Cons: Tracelling to SADEC country not always enjoyable

Good working environment

l Flexible working environment, good working relationship with team leader and colleagues. I have learnt a lot about anti money laundering. I enjoy fraud, investigation work earnt a lot about anti money laundering. I enjoy fraud, investigation work

Challenging but learning lots

It is a very driven high performance environment but I am learning lots. Very hard work. Flexible working hours but the workload does not allow same. Very challenging but one learns so much.

Excellent Work Culture

I used to work as a Financial Crimes Analyst. My team was lovely, it was a good Woking environment where we worked together as a team, we supported each other and assisted each other where necessary.

Very competative internally

The company has federated model. The devisions compete internally. It has more negatives than positives. negatives the duplication and budget expenditure. politics. On the up side it has a culture of innovation and ownership.
