Excellent learning company

This is a 24hour company that is busy all the time. Every day has its own challenges. From complaints from clients to sorting out debtors. I get along with my co-workers very well. We work long hours and every now and then we have a all niter. We also work an average of 10 - 12 hours a day. I have learn to work under pressure. I sit in meetings with directors to explain month end and daily processes

Pros: Growing company
Cons: Long working hours, expect too much from some employees

It is a good working environment with too much paperwork

the work is enjoyable and i have a good professional relationship with my colleagues. i have improved my communication skill both verbal and written. i have learnt how to work with clients as in handling and helping them, how to work with car dealers and insurances. i have been taught to be humble and talk to clients politely and try by all means to help them.

Pros: improved communication skills
Cons: too much paperwork and room for mistake

Excellent learning curve

Management micro manages and do not know how to separate work life and personal life , management do not have a qualification to manage and that hinders the companies success , the company itself has potential to list higher in the Jse but the problem is the internal process that do not work for the company

Pros: Love talking to clients and teaching colleagues how to deal with irate customers
Cons: Long working hours 12 hour shift

Attention to detail

A typical day starts of with allocation of payments, invoicing of sales, collecting of outstanding monies and sorting out queries and problems. Although I work in a very pressurized environment there is a good joke and chats in between. I work on different programs like Salesforce, dreamtec and acumatica but there is always something to learn. I enjoy learning and development and challenges. The most challenging aspect of my day is getting the sales out as we have targets to meet but still I enjoy it.

Pros: Always opportunity to learn
Cons: The travelling and personality crashes
