Very good

I love what I do as a developer and I do enjoy exploring news things, although is very challenging but it good because it makes our work very easy on point. what I have learn is that it very important work with my co-workers because you learn from them and they learn from me as well. the most part that I do enjoy it when we achieve our objectives with no obstacles that we may come across with, more specially the industry that I am working you will discover new things that you not even aware of. And the most challenging aspects of the job it when you try to find solutions but you can't reach it and the time frame it is running after you. Because finding a solution within last due date of the project that you are working with, it won't allow you enough time to do quality checking of the work that you have done.

Pros: Yes growth is something that i love to see in presents and rewards for the efforts that i have accomplished.
Cons: i don't a problem working for long hours as i did for past 8 years as long as terms and conditions are applied.

Great company. Innovating for the future and taking their customers businesses to new heights. Very friendly employees and a beautiful building low salary onsite engineers are not

Excellent communicator,Like to hear from other people and select before critical decision

-I work in a group since is a learning environment and i discovered that when you work in a group is not about you individual ,is about gathering important information to contribute greatly to your company(individuals that comes together because they are having one goal) -Every day we work at certain time frames and we motivate each other to submit in time. - My relationship with my facilitator and co_students is amazing we even have a watsupp group were we talk a lot.

Pros: We get gifts for doing great
Cons: the hours are ohky
