Variety of Recons and excellent learning curve

I did a variety of recons for various Bookkeepers in this large concern. I have really enjoyed the variety of people I worked with and sharing an open plan finance office was a huge challenge for me. Sharpened up on my Due Diligence skills was also an excellent opportunity that came my way. I learned to work as a team with good team mates. I wished this opportunity could have been permanent as that was the picture that was painted in the interview, barring budgeted for.

New Experience Gained

For the Past Two and a bit years my day would be from Capturing Cashbooks, Reconciling the Cashbooks Balancing inter company Accounts. Managing Fuel Cards, Reporting, General Accounting up to Balance Sheet. Management Accounts Preparation of Audit files as well as Assisting in Due Diligence Reporting. Assisting Two of the three Financial Managers with General Ledger Recons at Current company as well as doing spreadsheet on costing of certain Divisions as their Account Setup does not cater for what we need. They have moved over to Acumatica and I assist in all the Pastel Reporting Functions as well as Recons.

Pros: God to learn to doe Pivot Tabels in Excel
