Basicaly working in assisting grsnd west guests

What I basically do consist of a daily managing the admins so as the staff: hours including training in how to attend or assist the guest in a pleasant way. I deal with the guests 'complains and take their orders via telephone mostly and mails. I really enjoy working with all sort of people .and I have learn to work smart when under pressure like on busy days when we hosting functions .

Pros: want to learn more or gain more experience in a different envirronment

I have beeen working as a duty manager since 2012

motly my work consist of dealing with guest face to face or via the phone and mails, for thier complains and their services. i also enjoy working with people as part of management i do trainings, and reports to senior managers.
