Good working environment

I work in the Fraud,Risk and Compliance department called Point of presence and my job is to analyse transaction made in the branch,at ATM, on Internet Banking, Cellphone banking and App banking. My typical day involves transaction analysis on flagged transactions, looking for anomalies, contacting clients for approval, blocking accounts, writing reports on adverse findings and presenting on new modus operandi to stake holders. I work with 6 other analysts whom i consider family which has improved my people skills as well as sharpened my character analysis and helped me to understand group dynamics better. What i have enjoyed most about my job is the experience that i have gain which is analysis and being the only person in the team entrusted with investigative projects. The most challenging aspect is not having room for growth and no recognition for the hard work that we put in to make sure losses are minimized

Excellent communication skills.

I am quick learner and welcome positive work criticism and believe I have skills to fulfil the job requirements. I well with and without milk colleages I am capable of solving with or without the instructions
