Good for my work experience but I am under paid

Its a good place to gain experience and knowledge on the products tht we dealing with

Its a good working environment,the challenging part of. The job is listening to calls that are not on point because you end up getting demotivated and the whole day gets ruined

Pros: less space for growth and promotions
Cons: the job is okay but growth should be the important part they should be looking at because of the future of the employees

I love achieving monthly sales targets. Providing excellent customer services. Monitoring and handling customer complaints. Building and maintaining enduring and rewarding relationship with customer's.

Cons: Able to finish bigger task in short period.

Excellent learning curve

Handling inbound and outbound calls Realationship with co-workers is amazing I have learnt to be a great team player I enjoy the rush of heading towards months end when we all want to reach our monthly target Challenges are to follow up on client who don't answer their phones when we have to complete applications

Pros: Great opportunity for growth
Cons: No overtime allowed
