Excellent learning curve

First federal investment is a very good learning curve, when I started working here, I didn't know a thing about sells, fbss and bdp, I have gained many skills such as interpersonal skill, telecommunications skill, computer skills and salling skill. earning on both commission and basic taught me to work hard so I can earn much. I am one of the hardworking agents ( top five). working as a team or individually I do my best to meet deadlines.

Pros: great opportunity for promotion
Cons: long working hours

Learned alot

My company gave me experience when it comes to money and savings.we worked with personal loans and balance transfer .work environment is very healthy ..i also has good relationship with my co workers ahd manager. Nut I have to look for other opportunities in other industries.

Pros: Great opportunity
Cons: Not having annual bonus

Like more challenges and I treat my co workers with respect,I have learn lots of things on ions.

My company trained use on how to treat customers with respect and fairness I have learned a lot from the company didn't kknow anything when it come to financially institutions I know something and I still need know more and gain more knowledge about it

Pros: Maku sure you reach your target and dedicate yourself to it
Cons: Long hours are to push your target
