Hectic, stressful environment, high work volume, late working hours

The company must improve on taking care of their employees learn to listen and hear staff out. They had an open door policy which only worked on long serving staff members and new staff had no platform to be heard the company was discrimimproves in taking care of their employees an discriminating staff they had their own favourite which where non black. It was a cultural shock and I hope it improves

Fast learner and very eager to learn

typically my day starts at 8am and finishes at 4:30pm but sometimes I come early and leave late, depending with nature and demand for that period, Am used to work in an open plan office. I understand that the human kind is different so is the character and personality and I adjust well in order to be able to do the duties and job. I studied Accounting but am also an HR admin from in-house training that l acquired when I was an admin manager. I enjoy working in an accommodating environment that allows me to do my job well.

Pros: rising from a junior position to a senior one
Cons: attitude people
