Good customer service acumen. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

My current help desk position made me skilled in providing customer and end-user help desk support and I am able to remain calm in difficult situations. Additionally, my training equipped me to easily identify and resolve broad-based technical issues and concerns regarding the latest advancements. I also possess excellent communication and presentation skills

Pros: Great opportunities for client exposure on a daily
Cons: No Communication procedures between employees
