Lots of experience gained

Very challenging as we deal with people on a day to day basis therefore the customer service skills have to be intact. lots of admin duties from taking and redirecting calls to filling and scanning of documents. And we do a lot of vehicle maintenance since we work with vehicles we gotta know the service intervals and make the bookings when they are due for service.

Pros: lots of growing potential
Cons: Compulsory working on weekend and holidays. And no 13th check.

It has been an ecellent learning curve

I do many things, including checking out clients, general office administration, doing shift rosters, keeping minutes, client services, answering the phone, managing drivers, doing collections and deliveries. having worked in this high stress environment I have learnt to keep calm and to think of solutions quickly. I enjoy keeping busy and because of my friendly manner I enjoy building good relationships with my clients.

Pros: new challenges every day
Cons: long working hours, with very few days off

GREAT EXPERIENCE FOR MY CAREER

Learning new things

I work for big / growing company that has tough me certain level of professionalism. I have learnt a lot of new things such as claims and Fuel which is very interesting and new to me. I love the environment, one of the very best and dynamic team ever! I hope to expand my vast knowledge and experience in the near future.

Resourcesful, establish clear goals.

Doing the same job but using different approach. Ability to solve problems for customers and stress tolerance. Being in complete industry compared to my previous experience as a Sales consultant at the Bank, operating at different levels up to Branch Manager position. Ability to communicate at all levels, high work ethics, interpersonal skills and good communication skills. Identifying activities, organizing activities. co-ordinate between authority and responsibility. communicating, motivating, inspiring and encouraging employees towards a high level of productivity.

Pros: First is a member of Combined Motor Holdings and there is great opportunity for individual development.
Cons: working shifts on week ends and public holidays.

Gives you an opportunity to learn how to deal with different customer's and how to sell. Office admin, you get to learn how to multitask . Working with wonderful people that are understanding and willing to help.

Great industry to build character and customer service skills

This company gives opportunity to gain a lot of experience in customer service. It deals with both local and international clients. Daily administrative duties/skills are also gained. Team work plays a big role in getting though the day.
