Lerning curve hs been excellent

A typical day at work: firstly getting to work at 05:45, logging onto the system and ready to receive calls from all types of clients, having a 15minute tea break and an hours lunch, resuming back to my desk right up until 18:00 Relationship with co-workers : very good everybody within the wok place very helpful, friendly and united what I have learnt : Dealing with hi-rate client and learning how to work under pressure. What I enjoyed the Most: Is my job title and also just communicating and helping clients Most challenging aspects : Adapting to the environment in which management gives.

Pros: working overtime in oder to get ur desires salary
Cons: working a 12 hour shift

I've dealt with great amounts of pressure in this environment, more than any other.

My colleagues and I would challenge each other every day. Best way to stay on-top of work. I learnt alot of vernacular, enjoyed most lessons. I loved the free reign that was available to study and also challenges from Senior Admin to perhaps hack something they setup randomly, for the greater mankind of course! The level of responsibilty and the urgency required to fulfill certain requests has given me the dexterity I thought was impossible to obtain..

Pros: Op for promotion
Cons: Area isn't safe, and its raising more and more concerns.

I learnt everything I know at First Assist and it is a great place to start off with your career

I started off as a contact centre agent , I then moved over to customer care thereafter I became a contact center team leader , left the company. 8 came back and was a billing clerk thereafter I became a credit contoler. The company is a very good place to learn and gain knowledge, but the salaries are really low. Its a good company and management does look out for the staff, but for staff retention they will have to start giving the staff at least, market related salaries.

Pros: There are a lot of lateral move in the company, which gives 5an opportunity to learn all aspects in the company
Cons: Once you get to credit control, it becomes difficult to move aNy further.
