Continual Improvement and Personal Development

I am Reporting to General Manager, with 4 workers working underneath me in Sheq department. My typical work process are as follows. Layout Inspections, Product Inspections, Process Inspections,Machinery Safety Inspections. Daily Reports( Non conformance, Test reports, Production and Safety) .I believe friendly Environment were Employees eat together and laugh together. Environment were general Employee can Give working advises to their seniors. What I have learned most on this position is the following, Drafting Budgets, Drawing and Implementing Process control Charts, Detailed Reports and Implementing Continual Improvements . I enjoy doing internal and supplier Audits, selecting and rating suppliers, Risk Assessments and Inspections. Most challenging aspects is to ensure that the senior management conform to changes,also including workforce adhering to rules.

Continual Improvement and Personal Development

I have as Sheq management system developer. My responsibilities at the company is to do Inspections, Internal audits ,Risk assessments and SHEQ Files(Data books), to ensure that there is continual Improvement into Sheq Management system. Training and Communication is very important into this position in other to ensure that there is Safe Environment in the company, this includes that employees also need to go through medical surveillance. Leading by example and being a mentor is very important if you want to ensure that employees leaves by safety culture, which is the most challenging if the employees have no respect towards safety and safety officer. In this position I have learned to run my own department and be able to write reports and share meetings with board of directors and give those reports. I enjoy doing suppliers audits and analyzing those suppliers. with this experience I can bring improvements into your company if I am considered.
