Learning to not take work things to heart andnnit being attached to work emotionally

Well loved everyone at my work enjoyable days are just not the same I learned to work with different characters I enjoy working with people as no am a leader the church group Challenging days was having your morning of clients complaining and not just one but call after call

Good

I am writing to express my interest in the position advertised.I have work experience in both call centre and customer service environment;i have a 9 months inbound/outbound call centre experience.Each day we load 60 faxes,take 60 calls and send emails.Working with my team was exciting in a sense that when you made a mistake with one of the claims loaded they will correct it.What i enjoyed most in doing my job was assisting customers and hearing them happy at all times.The most challenging part of my job is to make sure target is set and met while busy with a client you need to make sure anotber clients claim is loaded,my job is to make sure all my customers are satisfied.

Pros: great opportunity to learn new skills
Cons: normal working hours /overtime in every month

Average learning

Capture claims , process orders for devices , update and load policies for comprehensive and accidental insurance . Inbound calls the whole day from 8:00an to 18:00pm Monday to grind at and Saturday from 9:00am to 16:00 pm . My Relationship with co workers is good , very supportive structure .Ive gained experience in working at a call center and how to deal with different clients on daily basis . There’s not much challenge because there’s very minimal growth in the organization as well as being underpaid . I enjoy solving disputes, and giving clients the best service . I always ensure to solve any problem that arouse telephonically and even in the office . My daily routine is basically what I’ve learnt from the current organization that I’m in .

Hard working individual

Im a hard working individual who reaches the target that is given per day and per week ,I can easily adapt to a new environment full of different people with different backrounds ,im loud and shy at the same time always pay full attention to details and my speed is good,I capture replacements,cancellations ,claims and certificates for cell phone insurance,I have a maximum of 4 years experience with the company ,ive learned to do my work with an open heart and mind and I enjoy justdoing my work without being pushed and the most challenging thing about the job is not being recognised for doing a good job earning peanuts and not getting and increase or even a bonus

Cons: are a challenge and tiring

Good learning curve

It is a good company but lacks management skills and needs more environment friendly work zone and must have a big premises to accomodate all the workers and clean yard

I had to leav becaise there was no invome growth but theres alot of wpek and we all know thta as a person we need to grow not remain on the same level.

Excellent learning experiences

I'm currently working at Finrite administrators. We do claims for cellphone insurance where we load claims, get the claims approved and replace them with new handsets

Excellent learning curve

In bound and outbound calls and authorizing claims We should learn to work together I have learned how to multitask and how to work under pressure also discipline My companies systems are great to work with The only challenge here is working on Saturdays
