Excellent learning curve and alot of training given

Lovely staff to work with, eager to learn. To upskill them was the highlight of my day, we had a very good relationship and called each other family. I have grown so much and learned so much about my self and how much can be accomplished if you have a “I can attitude”. Reporting was my escape where i got to be alone in my mind, sort of my time as this is one of my strong suites. I did not find my previous job challenging enough. I like to be challenged.

Pros: I was on the highest level in my department
Cons: Long hours but i got to work alot from home which made up for it

Excellent learning curve, very productive

Excellent learning curve, very productive, new challenges every day, dynamic. Typical day be very easy full of new challenges. Relationship with coworkers is very fruitful and friendly. How to process claims and finalise claims as well as doing credit notes. Being able to overcome the obstacles. Not being able to pay suppliers on time due to backlog.

Pros: Career growth
Cons: Long working hours, and and working 6 days a week

Good opportunity

nerstand the clients view. Having to deal with Currently working at this company is quite challenging, what one can learn working in a call center is to always listen and understand the clients view. Having to deal with irate clients is quite challenging but I learnt to stay calm and be honest & try and assist where I can. Having a good understanding with co-workers is important for you to assist one another clients is quite challenging but I learnt to stay calm and be honest & try and assist where I can. Excellent working environment

Have a team of seven people in my team that we work together nice and grow each other work wise. Great learning opportunity to building a career. Beside the long hours of work the employees are young and full of life.

Top performing agent

It is just OK. The pressure gets a lot but I am currently the top performing agent. I always try my best for the company. I have to work every Saturday for 5 hours and I start at 8am and finish at 5pm. The hours are long and the work is strenuous so I honestly think that I am not getting what I am worth, the effort I put in is not being recognised through the salary I get. There has been no bonus or increase for the past 2 years.

Pros: The people that I work with make me want to come to work more that what my salary does.
Cons: No increase or bonus since I have started.

Why not to work for Finrite

Had brilliant relations with fellow coworkers, frustrating to work for that specific company, the most challenging aspects of working for this company is the lack of processes and being understaffed heavily.

Good company to start your career in the financial sector as a school leaver

Good company to start your career as a school leaver , employees there are like one happy family. Nice work environment. Best management team within the call center.
