Excellent learning curve

I have to say I love being part of a team and gaining more experience. I believe it's essential to have a good communication skills and enjoy your job. The most challenging part of my job is to stop being stressed because I really stress a lot about not try to make mistakes and be more effective. My typical work day is that I walk to work at 7am and arrive at 7:48am but my work begins at 8:30am and work my butt off impressing my managerson with my outstanding performance of getting 3 sales and day. My relationship with my co-workers is strictly about work and provide feedback to my managers regularly. I have learnt to be calm and focus even concise with our Funeral policy that we provide and enjoy my talks with our customers. My name is Romeo and believe I am young and am hungry for more experience also new work skills

Excellent learning

No growth in the company and salary was a problem every month they were paying later and short paying the staff and some managers were very hard to work with
