My typical day

My typical work day is mostly administration work but I have earned the respect of most of my senior and fellow workers to the point that they will be looking out for me before they do anything unsafe. I do not go out and yel and go crazy I would rather have a nice talk about safety and some people do not like it but my position force them to listen to me. Further I do contractor compliance since I have started at this company many things have changed in that regard compnies are more vigilant towards especially safety. Medicals were just a myth but I have made it a must have and even the top management is respecting what I am doing in this regard.

Pros: I got to learn about the new ISO 45001
Cons: Not much room for promotion very small department.
