There is no stability in this company, work life balance is hard, no opportunity for growth

Management does not have any strategies or procedures in place that can be followed and there is no stability in terms of a working direction. The environment is toxic and the opportunity for growth is minimal. Salaries are paid at the minimum and workig hours are long.

Cons: long working hours, commission diven, toxic environment
