i love working here but there has not been a salary increase for the past seven years. there it is now extremely difficult financial wise. Sourcing At the buying department, we source for the best products that are in align with the marketing strategy of the business. We source for the most profitable supplier and establish a business partnership with them We source for the supplier who will give the company the products at the most profitable margin possible. We negotiate for the most advantageous terms possible with the supplier We examine and evaluate existing contracts.

My life

I am a very skilled and intelligent young women. I strive for success in anything that i do. I am a hard worker,peoples person, reliable and out spoken. My goal is to do everything and whatever i touch turns to gold. I am figther and a motivitor.

Good working inviromen, Empathy for staff, Good culture, Succesful business

The company culture is that everyone shares the same vision and is dedicated to the mission. We start the day with a 'coffee meeting' discussing the days challenges I have a great degree of control and freedom and daily unplanned challenges.My opinion matters and so does everybody else’s whatever level they are On a day-to-day basis there is a sense that we are working towards a goal, achievable vision and I proudly see us making strides towards it every day and making it a reality To inspire people and I am actually doing this
