Excellent learning curve
My name is Ursula Oberholzer. I am a dynamic individual with 17 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant and I would like to bring my skillset and my energy to your company. I was the Personal Assistant to the Office Managing Partner and various Partners including the Business Unit Leader and the Staff Partner and Managers (in total 15). I am Proactive and I take ownership of any given assignment handed to me. Learning curve
I do time sheets, filling, contracts for general laborers, order material. i have a good working relationship with my co-workers. Since i have started working, i have learnt team work, leadership skills and computer literacy. I enjoy teaching other people all the thing that i know at work. the challenging thig to do is tho terminate people

Excellent learning curve
Im honest a hard worker and very liable, always do my work to the best of my ability and ensure work is done to company policies. Im always on time and never have any problems with working overtime, weekends or hoidays im always willing to learn and im a quick learner. Im a peoples person and also very respectfull towards management and fellow staff members.

Excellent learning curve
it is quite an experience , i have learned to work under pressure, learning to understand other people's views. We work as a team and able to meet our clients requirements. Meeting new challenging and being able to control my emotions. Bringing new ideas to the company and handling general workers differences. Controlling of time keeping and Managing of labour contracts. I have learned how to implement quality system and conducting of quality Audits. Working in different sites of projects. What i enjoy most is that i started as a site clerk with no experience and got promoted within a year as a quality coordinator because of my dedication and hard work.

Bad Company, no employee consideration
Its been a horrible to say the least . There is never any consideration for employees and no loyalty towards staff. Promises are made and never kept and staff are treated as disposable. The employees themselves are amazing and so easy to get along with, managment seems to be the problem here. It has become difficult for all the staff to maintain a good work ethic as everyone seems to have lost the motivation or incentive to work. Only a select few "light skin" employees seem to prosper and earn decent salaries.

Good learning curve
My daily activities i conduct the tool box talk before work commencing. I organize my team and have a daily plan . Make sure that the housekeeping it is done everyday and follow safety procedures. I have a good relationship with my co-workers so that we can make sure that we meet the deadline since in construction time is money.
