An interesting oppotunity

Good afternoon , I really enjoy engaging with staff, Employee wellness i believe is key and it promotes the business through company moral . I take time to listen to staff . Furthermore i do creditors as this keeps the finance brain of mine active . I do budgets, . My passion lives in training and development as well as employment equity, Also i am solid in payroll management as well as doing the Generalistic HR and admin functions . I absolutely enjoy and is very successful at learner ships and the retention of the learners allowing growth and development within the company .this is an accolade in itself .

Stepping Stone

I started with the Field Band Foundation Head Office on 2 January 2012. This was a golden opportunity any youngster would have loved, I gabbed the opportunity and ran with it. Our office consists of four departments and my daily Job means that I have to be in the loop of what every department is up to. I am a center of communication for both internal and external affairs . What i enjoy the most about the organisation is that, They have allowed me to express my innovative ideas to better the work environment. What i find more challenging is the lack of resources and the budget allocation for basic tools to do my work to my best ability.

Pros: Flexible Hours
Cons: No pension fund
