Listening attentively to what the cluent request

it is a nice working environment, working as an outbound customer service, we work as a team and i have learned that you win when you do do it alone but with your co-workers, i enjoy helping// assisting the client special when they are nineed of an ambulance or polce, is wh the most challangeaspects is when the client is complaining and blamming for aomething rthat is beyond my control... like technical issues.. but it is a nice working environment and i have learned to be parient and accurate typingand assisting the client

Teachies you with awarenes in crime and safety

I will be a good candidate for this job since i have 5 years expiriance in the field. l started as invoice sorter ,to become supervisor,and senior supervisor.

Pros: to change career atmosphere
