Good teamwork

It was a good company I enjoyed working there. Although the whole staff was trying by all means to keep the company doing great, superiors were busy taking favours and terminating innocent staff's contract.

Pros: Good working with the colleagues ,good team work and salaries together with bonuses
Cons: Supervisors were hard on staff but failing to do their proper jobs

Poor Company Review.

The Company is run like a family business with little regard to board structure.. Company has long working hours and is a very stressful Very limited career growth opportunities for female employees. The position was performed with very little or no support from an administration side. Two members of the Board basically make all of the decisions. Skilled Professional employees may find the culture difficult as employees are not empowered to fulfill their duties required to complete their roles . With limited resources as a female I was expected to attend to risk assessments across 86 branches nationally which assessments may have to be performed on a 24/7 basis.

Pros: Great Learning Experience of Risk within the Security Industry
Cons: Very little opportunity for Growth and Promotion
