Was most certainly a great learning experience, with much exposure of the corporate envionment.

Started in the company on basic entry level, training was not much of an option, mostly said thought, more by just observing others and taking every opportunity as a learning one.

Learn how to manage time under str3ss

Stressfull,manager of 40 banking sites and about 100 officers.Manage them booking on duty in time,visiting sites and branch managers to make sure operations run smoothly and attend to issues and concerns.Disciplinary actions to be taken against officers who dont pitch up or come late and replacing with relievers

Good at exploring other opportunities within the industry

The problem with this company is that there's a lot of corruption within the managements. What's good about it is that it has plenty sites which can accommodate both males and females

GREAT, BUT MANAGEMENT IS BIAS

I LOVE MY JOB AND WHAT I DO, BUT I HATE WORKING WITH SOME PEOPLE HERE. THEY ARE MERELY MANAGERS BUT BEHAVE LIKE THEY OWN THE COMPANY. THEY GIVE THE COMPANY A BAD NAME

Its okay

Long Working hours. 12 hour shifts. 26 days per month. basic pay, no overtime. Little assistance from office. Very difficult to try and solve a matter or problem when no feedback or response is given. Always expects 100% scoring and wants thing done immediately. Receive very little response from the office and always have to try your best to resolve the matter before it gets worse. Experience gained is good.

Replenishment and reconciliation of the ATM's

I AM GETTING ALONG VERY WELL WITH CO-WORKERS. WE ARE LOADING ATM,s AND RECONCILE THE ATM's ON A DAILY BASIS. I HAVE LEARN'T EVERYTHING THAT YOU NEED TO KNOW OF ATM's THE MOST CHALLENGING PART OF MY JOB IS TO INVESTIGATE THE LOSSES ON THE ATM's.

I was employeed at Fidelity as a receptionist for 2 months was then promoted as a Transport Administrator. I've learned alot in the company from all the diffrent divisions that I've helped out in and get along great with my fellow employees. The most challenging aspect of my job is definitely Month end but the job always gets done on time.

Pros: Great enviroment to work in.
Cons: Can get stressful

I was started at industrial security in 2011 at the big company Fidelity security at guarding division.i learned more how to work in the industrial security and crosponding security course national key point,first aid and competence certificate.

Developed new Working at this company helped me a lot as i just got my Diploma in business administration so the knowledge and skills i have gained there are very good and i believe that i have learnt a lot for someone who is at entry level now i want to explore more in the finance department and that matches my qualification and the experience i have lls Advancesd excel knowledge Introduced to SAP and mastared it Kntment

Excellent learning curve.

I'm a hard working and dependable person. Good communicator who can speak well both English and Zulu. A competent and efficient administrative with experience of general office work. Partial, reliable and methodical, good at handling a variety of tasks efficiently, with strong aptitude for organisation and administration.
