Excellent but no industrial opportunities

I wanted to save lives,this is my career,passion is what I love that is why I started to become security to learn before I can Start.Where I am now its retail, nothing challenging but only theaves we catches. Also at the Hotels its hospitality nothing to towards my dream. But I like to challenge my manager he is new in security so he don't know the right labour practice on employees. So far I'm good in security just want to explore for Industrial and save souls and I know that I will start low but grow big due to my commitment at my work. I am good team leader who can work without supervisor, I can bit the dead line as long I have being informed. I am willing to work under pressure with good PPE and working environment with zero harm to Injury.

Pros: I wanted something challenging,I love being in control fully angages to daily activities that makes deaD line
Cons: 8 to 12hrs in a day,but still if needed as a standby as long I do what I want

No oppotunity

All site manager is white people,so I'm black there is no way I will get opportunity that I'm looking toward to get. I love facilitate safety and health for my colleagues that are working for contact like me. I want to save lives and sole of our black to reduse fatalities and incident on side. I always wanted to be a leader in my working environment but not in Fidelity security that my dream will come true.

Pros: No promotion
Cons: 12hrs even OB week end. But it depends in site where you work shifts.

No oppotunity

Learning curve

I was hired by Fidelity Security Services to work at Makro as a Detail checker, Detail checking is detailed work making sure you count is correct and stock is not damage , or expired main thing is that the count must be the same as the Receiver. Typical work was when a SAP network is down and we have to do manual counting and when the supplier arrived later with the needed stock . Working relationships, team work was the best our department , the team building , working strategy and communication. I enjoyed team communication and commitment to work , and I learned more when I was appointed to be a Supervisor , working strategy and communication was more than before because I knew what was in need in the department. The challenges was when they is a wrong count , manual counting and late supply arrival

Pros: I got promoted to be a Detail checker Supervisor and End Controller supervisor
Cons: Long hours but I consider it for the promotion was given , first to arrive and last to leave

I have learnt a lot being a front desk security. I enjoy working with people

I have learned that honesty is the best policy. I work well with my colleagues. I answer and transfer incomming calls, welcome visitors and clients. I enjoy working here a lot. Working with people is very challenging but iam doing my best

Pros: I have done a computer course last year and this year iam doing office administration course which I will finish in June
Cons: Yes, iam working long hours from 6am to 6pm

I'm currently working everyday and I've got a very good working relationship with my colleagues and I like challenges work related especially where I have to bring solution

Excellent skills

I love my job because I know how to do it the only thing i s that I work hard to get what I deserve but I don't get it my salary is not enough for what I work to and also for the ours that I work

I have learned a lot and i'm feet enough to work with other companies

My work was to make sure that, the residents and their property is safe by all times. Working as a team was so interesting, because it's easy to do a job with other people. The mostly important thing to work as a group is to get an information to other people and get some strategy. The most challenge was to work at night because sometimes the incident is highly at night.

Pros: work hard to prove my self in that company
Cons: i can work 8-10 hours

Have six years experience in managing the security department

I have six years experience in managing of security .and have achieve the following certificate from university of southafrica,anticorruption commercial crime investigation,fanacial performance measurement and control, customer relationship management ,security management and finalising registration(degree)bachelor of art in criminology

Pros: investigation manager
Cons: managingthe security department and conrtolling of the risk that may occure with the organisation
