I've learnt a lot in my 9 years employed at fidelity, however there is on room for growth. I enjoy working with claims as each claim is finalised based on its own merit.

Good job experience
The job is not the problem am happy about it but the salary we get paid for the hours we work is a disappointment. We are the heart fidelity and worse is that we work at head office yet we earn less than some of the guards. Although like I said it a good experience and you master working under pressure and in a team as we spend most of our time at work. Working 12hrs shifts days or nights is no joke at all. But am grateful for the experience as I believe that on my next job I will be well groomed to handle many situations.
Pros: From fidelity I believe there is growth in the company

I want to work in a different industry than i am now & learn more
;I ENJOY MY WORK BECAUSE IT'S CHALLENGING. YOU GET TO MEET DIFFERENT CUSTOMERS THAT DO NOT BEHAVE THE SAME & YOU HAVE TO MAKE ALL OF THEM HAPPY WHAT MAKES ME HAPPY IS TO SEE THE TEAM REACHING MONTHLY TARGETS BECAUSE OF TEAM WORK. THE MOST CHALLENGING PART IS TO FIND YOUR SELF BEING NOT ABLE TO WORK WELL BECAUSE OF LIMITED RESOURCES

Yes there are opportunities available
visit the entire site and sign,inspect all registers as well as the security officers for there discipline,neatness. my relationship with my co-workers is very good because i respect them and they respect me too. since i join this industria i ve learned a lot and taught them alot of my my experience. currently the situation have change alot after i took over as site security manager with a decrease in the crime on the site itself. the part that i liked the most is the team work and the understanding among each other. the most challenging aspects is the daily crime in our country that we must prevent on on a daily basis.

Excellent Learning Curve
Salary Is Based On A No Work No Pay Foundation, Usually work night shift and conditions in winter are hectic as we are situated an outside post. Relationship with co-workers is great as we all get along. I have learned that being a security is not as easy as it may look to someone watching from the outside looking in. What I enjoy the most is meeting different personalities daily

I have a good relationships with my colleagues I don't have a problem with working extra.I don't limit myself I want to learn other things...I don't like working with ignorant people...I have learned that patience and hard working brings all the best rewards ever The most challenge is being new and being mistreated

A dedicated and results-driven individual eager to face the evolving working environment
She is an extrovert who enjoys working with people and learning new challenging tasks every day. She is well spoken, outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic about every thing she does. She is described to be dedicated and pleasant individual as a team player. She has principles of welcoming open criticism, enjoys interacting with people, and is a team player. In her spare time she engages in outdoor activities. On the academic side she has completed her matric and also did an Office computer course. She has experience in monitoring CCTV monitors, radio control and access control, currently she is at bank alarm control centre as a call centre and alarm monitor.

Lear very easy and love working with people
Well working at Fidelity is very fun. Love the people that I work with. Have time for work and having fun in between. Getting at work making coffee to start the day and in between having a laugh with your co workers. Always smiling and doing fun silly stuff after your work is done. Just makes me going to miss them even more.

Quick learner
I like to work for the company because is challenging, I got lot of experience Is quiet giving that confidence to do you work, and almost all duties are done by computer I like the way I am related with my teammates, we share views understand each other I learn a lot on how to manage a work even though is a multi task I enjoy a the my duties because.
Pros: There is a lot of opportunity to get promotion
