Do your work at all times, do what is expected of you, always help around where you can
Well my typical month at work, I'm basically busy for the first 5 days of the month (1st-5th) receiving money working out packing schedules, filling paperwork, calculating shortages/surplus..it's all basically about team work aswel helping one another in order to get the work done. I get along well with my co-workers afew disagreements on how things should be done but everyone has a different way of doing things, but we always end up finding a solution, out of all my work duties the 1 thing I enjoy most is when it's time for me to calculate my shortages and surplus differences it can be a challenge at times but I love it.. the feeling u get once u figured out the difference and u correspond with the system i-cash and u see its exactly what u have calculated. All I hate about my job is the rest of the month we have no work sit around till its time to go home .
Pros: you get coffee & sugar milk toilet paper for the month dishwasher I don't want to lie that's about it
Cons: irregular hours, no overtime paid even if u exceeded amount of hours 4 the month, no bonus, etc

To always do what is expected of you, do your work to the best of your ability. be a team player
My type of normal day at work is mostly just from the 1st to the 5th of each month receiving bulk money, working out packing schedules doing month end banking in to relevant accounts, help around where you the day can get really busy. Working with people who don't have the same drive as you can be abit difficult but sometimes you just have to work around some work differences but other than that I get along well with co-workers I'm a people's person, one thing I have learnt in this industry that is when you working with money you have a huge responsibility to always be accurate when doing calculations which is my best part of my job I love is doing calculations shortages and surplus difference .. I would sit with that all if I could it's such a rush

My experience of a excellent learning curve was to meet my deadlines and going the extra mile.
On a daily basis I bill national clients and balance it on spreed and where there are queries i assist clients promptly. We are a team of 7 people and we work well together as a team especially if there's deadlines where there's a individual that is completed we check if all is correct with that individuals work and then we assist others. I have learnt that working in a team is greater than working alone for if one individual lacks we all look incompetent. I enjoy admin and have a strong attention to detail i have a passion for i do so i enjoy my work . The most challenging part of my job is that there are constant changes that happen but i enjoy it for i am always eager to learn and take on new challenges.
Pros: I had a great opportunity and was promotted to do national billing.
Cons: I sometimes worked overtime in order to ensure all is completed especially when there are new challenges or clients.

Very busy
It's a good working environment, workers help each other to reach the common goal as it is a supply chain environment. the employer understands that a happier employee is more productive than an employee who is not happy.
Pros: it's an amazing company to work for.

Fast Learner
I love to work at my company because i meet new client everyday with different behaviors, i also manage to make a client happy in doing my job, i learnt alot in handling different situationson site be able to adapt how to work underpressure.I enjoy most in traveling to far sites working there for few days.

Great learning platform
My work is very challenging when it comes to getting invoices authorized but to me its no hassle. Daily when I get to work I need to look thru my e-mails attend first, then sort out the invoices so that i can be able to capture, later then send invoices out for authorization. Ive the best working relationship with people at work, it doesn't matter which department a person is working. My co-workers and I we are a team. We make fun of each other and always sharing ideas on how to tackle any problems we get. I love being at my work place, its very peaceful and the energy. Mostly being surrounded by the people from different religions.

Causes for selected people not all can do the trainings
the company is a big brand in south africa, giving opportunities to people. often employees feel unappreciated due to the fund paid to them and compare to the work load. i have learnt to work with people of types of race and how to handle challenging situations at work, dealing with difficult client. i most enjoyed loved to be a team player and a multy task. in evry field we deal with people, people with different attitude or motion when attancing to a problem but we all have to learn how to handle and speak to them. difficult client are the only chanllenge i have faced but still resolved their queries or issues effectively.
