I have code 14 (EC) and also studied Human Resources Management and have N6 certificate and I also have Grade A certificate in security. I am presently working for Fidelity-ADT Security as a Monitoring Centre Supervisor and have been with the company for 12 years now and have been in my present position for 7 years now. I take my Job seriously at all times and make sure I reach every target that is set for me and also a good motivator to people I work with. I have been wishing to work for your company for some time as I need new challenge and recovering stolen Vehicles is one of them. Being called for interview will be the best thing for me and getting the job will be my dream comes true as I have been trying to get a driving job at your company. Its a challenge working for Fidelity-Adt
I worked for Adt for 4 years i never had doubed and everything was so professional then Adt sold their shares to Fidelity.Everything has changed even now i am not happy.Any company that can give me a nice offer i will leave emmiditely.But i am still working good with Fidelity -Adt.

The company I am currently employed with has many wonderful and exciting products, they offer a wide variety of solutions from retail, commercial, industrial, they encourage their staff to commit to training courses through the year, excellent planners, opportunities for advancing are constantly internally advertised, they take pride in their business policies, procedures, and ethics, honesty, We have major accounts i.e. Standard bank, absa, most retailers, if we get challenged for solutions we design and Implement, the demand for our clients is massive, yet the coordinators who play the most important internal roles are not monitored enough, they lack responsibility and follow through, I have many awards, certificates, psira registered all for free from this company, the team spirit and building is amazing, paperwork I believe needs to be more detailed

Excellent on Sap

Exciting, challenging, demanding at the same time
Tngood company with the team that is very excting to work with, challenging,with lot of objectives, people not happy with the company service and, im a team player knows how to work with people , , what I've learnt is that you have to be truthful to your clients at all times and make it sure tge client knows what she or he's signing gor, never promise something you can't deliver

Hospitality and security
whether is a good or bad day team work work is the best in our company . interacting internal and external with clients that is what i enjoy. being an office associate you need to be focus ,time management,control and a good planner that it what i have learned. Nothing its challenging pressure is just a state of mind.

Although my kpi’s are at time challenging to achieve I really enjoy my job.
Although my kpi’s are at time challenging to achieve I really enjoy my job. I have a magical relationship with my co workers and am friendly towards them. I have to communicate with customers and the process of achieving monthly budgets. The most challenging part of my job is to get my staff that report to me to follow sop protocol.

Excellent Learning company and very supportive
We start work at 8 am in the morning, every Monday and Thursday we have a meeting about targets and budget. I then follow up with clients that I saw the previous day and that I gave quotations to, I rework any quotations if need be and sort out my meetings for the day. I do cold calling, I go see clients and look for clients. I have a good relationship with each co-worker there, we all get along and I enjoy it. I have learnt a lot about business and people, also how to bring in clients, I learnt about different marketing strategies. I have also learnt a lot about myself and that I am capable of a lot more things than I had thought. I enjoyed every aspect of the work, I love challenges as it lets me broaden my mind and how to deal with certain things.

Hard working person
I enjoy team building and working with people and I like achieving my target and exceed that to earn more money, I like to learn a lot to grow my self.
