Love to work with people that doesn't believe in office politics!!!

Since my first day I loved working here. Everybody is down to earth. We are like a family at this branch. We have grown very fast since I started working here. Now the CEO would like an accountant with degree to do the financial work at this branch and since we are braking away from the other branches. I have learnt a lot of this Fibre Optic industry and it's very interesting - the way how information runs in the ground through glass as thin as a hair - through light impulses. I enjoy every time a new Purchase Order comes in and we have more work. I get very exited about it. I enjoy the people and their values. The most challenging thing is having to leave here. I've gotten very attached to my job, but I also understand that they need somebody more qualified than what I am at the moment - I am planning to get my degree. Slowly but surely.

Pros: Great place to learn that their is still people around that will treat you like a human being.
Cons: Me not being qualified enough to stay here.

I have learned how to work under pressure, how to manage my time and operations.

I have heard from the previously from my managers that I am reliable and I can get the job done in the required time and in the calculated budget. I can speak isiXhosa thus I can connect with different races and get the best productivity from them.

Pros: Great learning opportunity
Cons: Continues changing os plans.

Im learning alot

assist the technician with tools. communicate with customers when doin link builds. i enjoy splicing. challenges. im not doing uch of the things i studied, and the work is mostly for people who completed matric
